Fallen Leaf Lake Boating

 
Fallen Leaf Lake has a marina aptly name Fallen Leaf Marina. It is located on the south end of the lake. The Marina is open from Memorial Day until the end of September.  Always call ahead to verify (530) 544-0787)

Fallen Leaf Marina has room for approximately 60 boats, many of which are owned by property owners without direct access to the water. Most homes that have lake front property at Fallen Leaf Lake, CA have docks and/or boathouses, generally with an older ski boat or 16 to 20 foot sailboat. Wakeboard and water ski boats are the most common, followed by fishing boats, and some manually propelled crafts.
 
Kayaking on FallenLeafLake is becoming increasingly more prevalent, as is recreational rowing. Fallen Leaf Marina does rent kayaks on a hourly or daily basis.

Prior to launching your boat we ask that you review the boating operations laws and water ski patterns for Fallen Leaf Lake. Fallen Leaf Road to the marina is very narrow and congested. We suggest you call prior to making plans for daily launch.

 
Boat washing:
To prevent the introduction of Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) into Fallen Leaf Lake, all boats must be washed and inspected by marina staff prior to launching at Fallen Leaf Marina. This process may take up to 30 minutes.
